I Hope That You Never Find Out About Your Feelings
Episode 6 is where all the drama starts to really get heated and the relationship between sunbae and hoobae have been mended....at least as far as I can see, they have.
Anywho, this episode starts off by letting us know where Allen was and what he was doing. But the moment he gets to the house is when all the fun starts. (I can't believe 'quick-witted' Shing-Shing was so flustered at the situation). But the brief moment when Shing-Shing imagined what it would be like if she pretended that Allen was a neighborhood friend bringing her breakfast was too hilarious. >.< And the moment that Shing-Shing apologized to Tae Yoon oppa in her own unique way, I immediately thought 'thanks'. (Let's be honest, Tae Yoon oppa is my favorite character and I only care about his feelings). But I do kinda wish that Tae Yoon oppa would have opened up about Se Ryung. But it's good that he didn't, knowing the bad blood the two have between them.
Anywho, the two men finally sit down to eat and Allen is not acting too shy of being bratty in front of the woman he likes. Unfortunately that brings Allen down two points (-2) and has rounded himself at negative 1 (-1) as far as I'm concerned. (The only man I care about in this drama is Tae Yoon oppa). And seriously I can't believe that Shing-Shing was kicking Tae Yoon oppa the entire time. I wanted to let her know myself what she was doing but.......Anywho, everytime Tae Yoon oppa winced and still remained smiling I kept thinking in the back of my head 'wow oppa, your so cool'. And I even thought that he might not let her know until they were on their way to work but the moment he smiled and told her what she was doing I couldn't contain my laughter. But seriously if you think about it, if Shing-Shing managed to kick Allen like she wanted, Allen would have shown clear signs that he was being kicked but poor Tae Yoon oppa had to put up with his hoobae's abuse. But let's not over look the moment that Allen let Shing-Shing know that she is the type of woman that doesn't know what she is really feeling. That really struck with me because that is generally true for most women and the other thing that is true for most women is that they are less likely to admit their feelings even if they know what they are feeling. Anywho, the fact that Tae Yoon oppa was still waiting for Shing-Shing and practically told her that out of all the guys in her life he was the best one really made me happy because.....he is the only guy in her life that I like.
Anywho, the next scene at the office.....well in the parking garage, I found myself tensing up and smiling from ear to ear for the moment that Se Ryung would see Tae Yoon oppa with Shing-Shing but I was highly disappointed to see him buy her a cup of coffee as well. (Fighting oppa!!!!!) But just like Allen said, Shing-Shing clearly doesn't always know her own feelings because at that moment I realized that her feelings for Tae Yoon oppa might be a little bit more than sunbae/hoobae. Of course her wondering what kind of lover he is is natural to think about but it's only natural when you have feelings for the person (in my books). Ugh I feel so frustrated about Tae Yoon oppa's love life now! '~'
But I can't forget about my side romances now. Min Jung unnie is totally engrossed in her gray hairs while Hee Jae and Woo Young are having a 'healthy' talk about their kiss. At first I thought it was totally cute when Woo Young also got flustered talking about the kiss and then he suddenly changed and was all 'take it seriously because it is me'. I know I'm plagiarizing in my quotations now but that's roughly what he said.
"I think it would be better if you did think of it as something important. Because it is for me".
Wow, chincha, wow. Woo Young has officially made it on to my cool chart with 10 points. My dear heart skipped a beat for his one endearing line. I have to be honest I didn't think to much of him as a love line for anyone, even after he kissed Hee Jae but today spelled something different. I swear, he practically said, 'if you want me, I won't let you go'. But either way, Woo Young is second on my cool chart after my ever endearing Tae Yoon oppa.
But I the next scene is even worse. Shing-Shing and Se Ryung seem to be fighting for Tae Yoon oppa's attention and approval of their ideas. I am seriously tense when these two are even in the same room. No matter how big that room is, they manage to clash like two battling deers or bulls or whatever animals do the head butting thing.
Anyways, Tae Yoon oppa just gets cooler and cooler with all the faith he puts on Shing-Shing's skills and I just love him even more. I mean who else can motivate Shing-Shing to think best of how to deal with a situation. But as things are improving for the team as a whole, one team member is slowly falling behind due to personal reasons. Premature menopause is no joke and can make women act more emotional than when they are on their periods so I really felt for Min Jung unnie. I mean even if it is during work hours and everyone is busy they could have asked her if she was okay and how she was planning on getting thru this dilemma. Even feigning interest in her issue would have diffused her anger towards them but even Tae Yoon oppa was flustered and didn't know what to say to his long time friend and co-worker. I truly felt disappointed in Tae Yoon oppa at that moment and that is something I don't generally associate with Tae Yoon oppa (unless it concerns his past relationship with Se Ryung).
Unfortunately my frustration with everyone's reaction was simply fleeting. The moment I saw Allen and how he was all happy to see Shing-Shing's car was just too cute to bear. And the fact that the only time that Shing-Shing accepts Allen's feeling for her is when she is drunk actually hurts my heart. It's obvious that she subconsciously accepts him but consciously doesn't. These little moments when Shing-Shing is drunk and Allen is talking to her are so heart-warming and cozy but heart-breaking and lonely that I feel like I'm going insane.
Oh but the torture doesn't stop there. Woo Young, my sweet Woo Young offers to give Hee Jae a ride home and then also gives her the scarf present that he bought for her. I promise you, if they hadn't kissed I would have thought 'wow Woo Young is really sweet and caring' but since they have kissed the whole sweet and caring thing just jumped up a few levels. To make matters worse, in the process of giving Hee Jae a lift home, Hee Jae spots her boyfriend and the three get to meet face to face......ugh honestly when I think of awkward encounters I have only thought of Shing-Shing and Allen, and Tae Yoon oppa and Se Ryung because they have had more awkward encounters. But Woo Young and Hee Jae.......and there is still Hee Jae's adorable boyfriend whose side I can't help but occasionally take. I feel so bad for him and I am wondering profusely how they will get over this little incident (if they get over it at all). Fighting!!!!!
But this episode is driving me more and more insane right now. Why did I feel that the sales wouldn't go well once Min Jung unnie texted in her letter of resignation. >_< ugh I was so frustrated and upset. I could tell from the moment the woman started talking that it wouldn't go well and I was right. Oh but the most heart-breaking scene was of Shing-Shing and Tae Yoon oppa. Tae Yoon oppa was so called and distant that I barely recognized who he was...........>.< Shing-Shing fighting! Oh but that seriously broke my heart to see them that way. If anything, they are the only stable relationship on this drama.........
Ugh and even worse when Allen found Shing-Shing sitting in the dark and he told her it was okay that the broadcasting failed, I knew immediately why she was so sad. It was the only reason that I was so sad as well. Shing-Shing is in love with Tae Yoon oppa. I could literally feel the tears rolling down my cheeks as she was describing what she did after every broadcast and how Tae Yoon oppa would always smile at her. But seeing his unsmiling face and the way he addressed her made my heart sank. I had to pause the drama because my eyes were so blurry from my tears.
'This was it. The reason why she wasn't sad, even after breaking up with her boyfriend. Even after having a brawl with another woman in front of her boyfriend. This is the reason why she was fine and forgot all about it. Even after y kiss and thinking that she'd fallen in love. This is the reason why she forgot all about that love. All reasons were because of that man. You were in love with that man. Because you loved that man, you brushed off all love as being so-so.'
That is what Allen had to say on the subject of Shing-Shing's unknown love for Tae Yoon oppa and I agrees except for the part where he went off on the whole I hope you don't realize your feelings tangent but whatever. Other than that.......I don't know what to say. I swear my heart is in shattered pieces just because of the way Tae Yoon oppa looked at Shing-Shing and addressed her. To be even more honest I think I fell in love with Tae Yoon oppa because, as the viewer, I was looking at him through Shing-Shing's eyes. (If you get what I mean).
But wow, the director is really skilled at making people fall in love. I wish I were a character in this drama. My sole purpose would be to steal Tae Yoon oppa's heart and have him to myself.....>_<
Anywho, I know this is only the sixth episode but I am deeply wondering who the third wheel character is going to be. Usually in dramas with an intense love triangle/square thing as this there is a random person who comes out of nowhere at tells everyone that they can't be together because of blank reason. Most likely Allen's parents will get in the way of his love for Shing-Shing and I am desperately hoping that Tae Yoon oppa gets over his feelings Se Ryung because she's just to selfish and full of herself and will probably end up screwing Tae Yoon oppa all over again. Nappeun!!!!!!!!!!!!!
